The mission of Johnson and Gardner Transitional Homes is to provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals moving towards housing and employment stability. We offer services centered around life skills and accountability , we are not a treatment facility however we base our curriculums with a 12 step feel as well as spiritual concepts like meditation and nature walks for starters. We’re not a religious base home.
Johnson and Gardner Transitional Homes differs from traditional group homes in that we prioritize individualized care and support for our residents, with a focus on rehabilitation and community reintegration. We also differ from traditional homes in the way of our Referel process and payment for services model, we have developed a plan for individuals who don’t have insurance or a personal pay method, in that if a client is excepted into the program we offer an optional space for lodging until payment can be secured. We pride ourselves on the fact that our vision is no one left behind, however we understand that we can’t help everyone who applies, we are structured in a way that if a prospective client can’t be served by us and we determine that individual is committed to the process of change we offer a solid pipeline of a proven resource networks that can direct them in the right direction.
Johnson and Gardner Transitional Homes is run by a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to supporting individuals who are in the transition process. Our team includes forensic peer support consumer operated services from individuals who have very relevant life experience, social workers, job trainers, and other professionals who are committed to our residents' success.

our goal longterm is to serve specifically veterans, LGBTQIA, homeless pregnant women, individuals with mild mental illness, those struggling with various addictions, those re-integrating back into society from prison or long stays in intense therapy facilities and the like.
At the moment we’re not serving S.O’s however we are in the process of building a program specific to the needs to that community, we’re sensitive to the complexity and levels of care and services needed for this service so we are taking the time to be intentional and realistic with our approach to this highly stigmatized community.
